Privacy & Cookie Notice

Ferroli Fantasy is a free prediction game run for the FIFA World Cup 2026. The data controller for personal information collected through this site is Ferroli UK Limited, referred to here as “we” or “us”. The campaign is operated on our behalf by Sans Frontiere Marketing.

When you create an account and play, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• A password (stored securely and in hashed form by our login provider; we never see it).
• Your UK region.
• If you choose to verify as a Gas Safe or Installersmate installer: your Gas Safe / Installersmate identifier, and a delivery address if you win a physical prize.
• Details of Ferroli installs you register in order to earn credits.
• Gameplay data such as your predictions, credits and league position.

• To run your account and the game (lawful basis: performance of a contract, the campaign terms you accept on signup).
• To verify installer eligibility and deliver prizes to winners (contract and our legitimate interests in running a fair campaign).
• To keep the game secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) for sign-in, database and server functions. Game data is hosted in the UK/Europe (London region).
• Netlify for hosting this website.
• Installersmate, where you choose to verify your installer status. We send your email address to InstallersMate so it can confirm whether you are a registered member.

We only share what is needed for these services to function, and we do not transfer your data outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

We keep cookies to a minimum. To stay logged in, our sign-in provider stores a small amount of session information on your device. This is strictly necessary for the game to work and does not require consent.

We use Google Analytics (provided through Firebase) to understand how the site is used. This sets analytics cookies and only runs after you accept them on our cookie banner. You can decline, in which case no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.

We keep your account and gameplay data for the duration of the campaign and for a reasonable period afterwards to administer prizes and answer queries, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your account sooner.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at jasmin.martin-hoare@ferroli.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
